Kitchen scope included full cabinet replacement with soft-close hinges, quartz countertop, backsplash tiling, and relocation of gas and water points. Bathroom scope included waterproofing membrane application, floor and wall tiling, and new W/C, basin, and shower mixer. Drainage pressure-tested before handover.
