Addition and Alteration (A&A) works for a two-storey inter-terrace house. Scope included kitchen rear extension, master bedroom reconfiguration, new staircase balustrade, and full wet-area renovation. Structural engineer engaged for beam calculations under URA guidelines. SCDF fire-safety submission completed for the extended floor area.
