Complete resale HDB flat renovation covering living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and two bathrooms. Scope included hacking of original floor tiles, waterproofing of wet areas, LVT flooring throughout, built-in carpentry for wardrobes and TV console, and full electrical rerouting. Works were carried out under HDB renovation permit with weekday 9am–6pm noise restrictions observed.
